Answers

  1. Do I need to be licensed to place an order?
License requirements vary by state and also depend on the product(s) you are purchasing. You must be licensed to purchase games of chance; however, there are a few exceptions in some states. For more information on the rules and regulations for your state, please click on the Services tab at the top, select Regulatory Links, and then choose your state.

  2. How do I get set up with a Customer Login ID and Password?
Contact your Sales Representative or call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-866-5001.

  3. How can I find out about job opportunities within LBC?
Visit our Employment Opportunies page under the Contact Us section.

  4. How can I find out who the LBC Sales Representative is in my area?
Just call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-866-5001, and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Partners will put you in touch with the Sales Manager or Sales Representative for your area. If you are a current customer, your Sales Representative’s name and/or initials will be printed on your invoices. If you do not have your invoices handy, but are set up with a Customer Login ID and password, you can log on to our website, and click on My Account to see the name of your Sales Representative. If you are not set up with a Customer Login ID and password, please call our CSC at the number listed above to obtain this information.

  5. Can you send me a catalog?
LBC offers nearly 10,000 charitable fundraising products, which change rapidly.  Therefore, LBC does not maintain a printed catalog.

  6. What are pull-tabs?
In most states, the legal definition of a pull-tab is a game of chance using a folded or banded paper ticket, or a paper card with perforated break-open tabs, the face of which is covered or otherwise hidden from view to conceal a number, letter, symbol, or a set of numbers, letters, or symbols, some of which have been designated in advance as prize winners and shall include charity game tickets. They are also known as bell jars, rip-offs, pickle jars, cookies, and instant bingo tickets.

  7. How much do you charge for supplies?
LBC offers nearly 10,000 charitable fundraising products, which vary in price. Please contact your Sales Representative or the Customer Service Center at 1-800-866-5001 to be put in touch with a Sales Manager or Sales Representative in your area.

  9. Are you licensed to sell in my state?
LBC is currently licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, Virginia, Illinois, Indiana, New Jersey, and various counties in Maryland.

  10. Can I return products?
Products may be returned if they have not been opened or damaged. Products that were originally purchased as Sale or Clearance items are not eligible for return.

  11. Why do I keep getting charged sales tax when my organization is tax exempt?
Organizations will be charged sales tax until the proper exemption documentation is ON FILE in the LBC Accounting Department.

  12. Can I access my account balance online?
Yes. You must first obtain a Customer Login ID and Password from your Sales Representative or our Customer Service Center. You can then login to the site and click Account Balance to see your current balance.

  13. Can LBC help my organization get licensed in my state?
Yes, we can instruct you on what forms you will need and what the rules and regulations are for your state.  Click on the Services tab and then select Regulatory Links for more information.

  14. When will my Sales Representative be stopping by?
LBC has over 75 Sales Representatives, and their routes are subject to change at any time. Some Sales Representatives see their customers the same day every week and other Sales Representatives see their customers every other week. Weather conditions and order volume sometimes delay our sales force, so they may not be at your organization at the same time each visit. Feel free to call our CSC if you need to confirm when your Sales Representative will be delivering your next order, and they will contact your Sales Representative for you.

  15. Which organizations can sell pull-tabs?
Please click the Services tab, select the Regulatory Links, and then consult the rules and regulations for your state.  A good rule of thumb is that you must have a 501(c) designation from the Internal Revenue Service and be licensed by the regulatory agency in your county or state.

  16. Can I find all LBC products online?
All LBC products that are currently in stock are shown on our website. If you need a specific product and do not see it on our website, you may search for similar items in our Products section using the search fields under each product category or contact your Sales Representative.

  17. How will my purchase be delivered when I order online?
Your Sales Representative will deliver your product at your normally scheduled delivery time. If you do not have a Sales Representative and are set up as a Warehouse or Customer Service account, your product will be shipped via regular ground UPS. Shipping rates are determined by UPS and are added to your order.

  18. What if I have a comment, question, or concern?
Contact our Customer Service Center at 1-800-866-5001 or customerservice@lancasterbingo.com.

  19. Can I pay my bill online?
At this time, online bill payment is not an option.

  20. Why should my organization sell pull-tabs?
They are a great way to generate excitement at your bingo game. Players enjoy winning! Pull-tabs have great winner ratios and put money back into circulation on the bingo hall floor. Charities recognize a nice return on their investment and are able to produce more fundraising dollars.

  21. Can I view and print invoices online?
Yes. You must first obtain a Customer Login ID and Password from your Sales Representative or our Customer Service Center. You can then login to the site and click View Invoices to view and print invoices.

  22. Can I place my order online?
Yes, if you have a Customer Login ID and Password. Once you submit an order online, it is sent to your Sales Representative so he/she can obtain the product and deliver it to your door!

  23. How many products are in LBC's product range?
LBC currently shelves nearly 10,000 different products.

  24. How do I place an order?
If you are a current customer, you can place your order online, or you can contact your Sales Representative via his/her cell phone or by calling our CSC to leave a message in his/her voicemail box. You may also place your order with one of our Customer Service Partners, who will then relay the order to your sales representative. If you are not a current customer, you will need to contact our CSC at 1-800-866-5001 or customerservice@lancasterbingo.com, and one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Partners will put you in touch with the Sales Manager or Sales Representative for your area.

  25. Why are items sometimes out of stock?
Every effort is made to maintain the availability of items sold by LBC, but due to high demand and occasional supply issues, some products may not always be available. Because LBC orders our products through serveral manufacturers, our product availability can be affected by a manufacturer discontinuing a product; some manufacturers also have a minimum order requirement before producing another set of a product.

  26. Can LBC run a report for me listing everything I purchased last year?
Yes, we can run the following reports, which will assist you in filling out your quarterly and yearly state reports: All Sales History Report, Non-Tab Sales History Report, Tab-Only Sales History Report, Ohio A/G Report, and Illinois Quarterly Report.

  27. Can I pay by invoice, or do I have to wait for a monthly statement?
Whether you pay by invoice or wait for your statement is up to you. Either way, please be sure to include the invoice number(s) on your check.
